What a Smashing Time!

Aug 1, 2013 | Cake Smashes

It’s been a busy couple of weeks at Pennycress since I returned from my maternity leave. We have been chocca bloc with 1st Birthday cake smash sessions which I LOVE because I get to see how some of my squishy little newborn customers have grown up.

Since the weather has been so wonderful we have really been making the most of the outside too, the studio is in such amazing grounds at Ketteringham Hall and I am so happy to finally be making use of them! Of course I still love my newborn photography sessions but there must always be time for cake….!  Here are some of my favourites from the past week or so.

Enjoy the fantastic weather & I hope to see many of you at the Big Pennycress Picnic!

GORGEOUSLY GIGGLY BRENNAN- The only little one so far who smashed the cake then tried to put it back together!

BEAUTIFUL BUT SPEEDY ISOBEL – I had a tough time keeping up with this little one, she was not really interested in the cake and wanted to crawl at high speed around the grounds!

LITTLE DANCER EVA – She danced her way round the lawn then headed inside for her cake smash, as you can see she was also a little reluctant! These girls hey, they dont like getting their hands dirty do they!?

Logan’s Birthday Session

The very awesome little Logan came to see me recently for his 1st birthday photo session, like many of the 1 year olds I meet he wasn't too interested in eating or smashing the cake. It usually goes 1 of 2 ways, either they adore it and get stuck right in, or more...
